Private Equity News recognizes Pauline Wetter as one of the Twenty Trailblazing Women in Private Equity 2025
Pauline Wetter, Partner at LGT Capital Partners, has been named as one of Twenty Trailblazing Women in Private Equity 2025 by Private Equity News. She is one of five new entrants to this year’s list in recognition of her outstanding track record and leadership within the firm’s private equity business.
Since joining LGT Capital Partners in 2011, Pauline has played a pivotal role in building and overseeing the firm’s European secondaries practice, which now manages over USD 20 billion in assets. She is responsible for the origination, due diligence, execution and ongoing management of secondary transactions, and she serves as a member of the Private Equity Secondaries Investment Committee.
Pauline was also instrumental in the 2024 launch of LGT Capital Partners’ evergreen private equity strategy, which she co-manages. The program offers differentiated access to global private equity opportunities through a combination of secondary transactions and direct investments, with a focus on US and European buyout markets.
