Private Equity News recognizes Natalie Sediako as one of the Rising Stars of Private Equity 2025
In recognition of her achievements as part of LGT Capital Partners’ impact private equity business, Private Equity News has named Sediako, Principal, as one of the 25 Rising Stars of Private Equity in 2025. In the course of her career, she has invested over USD 1.5 billion in private equity capital, over USD 500 million of which went to highly impactful businesses.
Natalie joined LGT Capital Partners’ private equity business in 2016 and is based in Switzerland. Since 2020, she has been responsible for defining and advancing the strategic vision of the firm’s impact private equity direct investing program. Her role spans portfolio management, fundraising and investment leadership, including sourcing, evaluating, executing and overseeing co-investments and direct impact investments.
She led the successful launch of the firm's first dedicated direct impact fund, which makes direct minority investments in highly impactful buyout opportunities globally. The fund significantly exceeded its initial target of USD 350 million, closing at USD 550 million. As the Lead Portfolio Manager, Natalie oversaw the full deployment of the fund. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been her interactions with the next generation of investors.
