LGT Capital Partners leads closing of Activa’s EUR 125 million continuation vehicle

30 July 2026

LGT Capital Partners served as the lead investor for the final closing of Activa’s single-asset continuation vehicle (CV), which secured EUR 125 million in commitments to support the next chapter of Arche MC2's growth story.

Arche MC2 is a leading French provider of software solutions for the health and social care sector, serving local authorities, public institutions, home care and nursing providers, as well as facility operators. Headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, the company has grown its revenue sevenfold since Activa's initial investment in 2019 – a track record built on a disciplined buy-and-build strategy and a continuously evolving, well-established software.

The continuation vehicle gives Arche MC2 meaningful financing capacity to execute on its next phase of growth under the leadership of an experienced management team: launching new software solutions, accelerating commercial momentum and pursuing further acquisitions in France and internationally.

Pauline Wetter, Partner at LGT Capital Partners, commented: “We are pleased to partner with Activa for this continuation vehicle for Arche MC2. The investment aligns closely with our strategy of backing resilient, high-quality businesses led by exceptional teams, and we see meaningful potential to support its continued growth in the years ahead.“
