LGT Capital Partners contributes to dialogue around sustainability and impact at the Sustainable Investor Summit D-A-CH 2025
LGT Capital Partners recently participated in the 8th Sustainable Investor Summit D-A-CH 2025, an annual conference series organized by the Institutional Capital Forum (ICF) with a focus on sustainable and impact investing across the DACH region.
The 2025 edition of the summit, which was held at venues in Zurich, Vienna and Frankfurt, brought together institutional investors, asset managers, policymakers and industry specialists to discuss the evolving landscape of sustainable and impact investing and the role of capital in supporting the transition to a more sustainable economy.
Representing LGT Capital Partners, our speakers contributed to a number of panel discussions:
In Switzerland (Zurich, 27 February 2025) and Austria (Vienna, 26 March 2025), Philipp Wagner, Executive Director, joined the panel dedicated to the topic “Sustainable & Impact Private Debt: the current landscape, the future direction.” He provided insights into market dynamics, investor demand and the role of private debt within private markets.
In Germany (Frankfurt, 14 May 2025), Keimpe Keuning, Principal, took part in the panel “Private Equity Impact Investing: delivering on impact promises and securing exits in a politically transformative landscape.” He spoke about how impact targets are incorporated into investment decision-making, the importance of robust measurement frameworks and the complexities of achieving successful exits within private markets. Keimpe was accompanied by Philipp, who highlighted emerging opportunities in this space, as well as portfolio construction considerations and evolving investor expectations, as a member of the “Investing in Sustainable and Impact Debt Investments” panel.
The event series, held under the theme “Putting capital at work to make a difference,” is aligned with LGT Capital Partners’ longstanding commitment to integrating sustainability considerations into private market investments.
