Highlights include:

• Objective-driven engagement: an increasing proportion of engagements were explicitly focused on achieving measurable outcomes, demonstrating the growing scale and effectiveness of our outcome-oriented approach.
• Climate and social priorities: climate action remained the dominant engagement theme in line with our five-year strategy, while social issues – including human rights – are attracting increasing attention, reflecting the expanding scope of value chain considerations.
• Collaborative engagement: collaborative efforts continued to play an important part, amplifying influence and fostering shared progress against key sustainability challenges.
